Back & Biceps

One of my favourite workouts:  Back and Biceps

Give this workout a try and let me know what you think!



1. Incline Back Flies (laying on stomach) 4 x 10

2. Pull ups 4 x failure

3. Wide grip pull-downs super-setted with reverse grip pull downs 4 x 12

4. Straight arm pull downs 3 x 15

5. Barbell Bicep Curls 4 x 10

6. Incline dumbbell curl 4 x 10 (slow on the way down- 3 seconds)

7. Cable curls with straight bar 3 x 15

Finish this workout with some HIIT cardio-  it can be done on the tredmill, bike, stairmill, rowing machine, etc.

—> 15 minutes total- 30 seconds fast, 1 minute slow/recover.
