A healthy little spin on my all time favourite ice cream–> Cookie Dough.
This snack is perfect for beating any sweet cravings and making you feel full and satisfied.
– 1 cup of plain greek yogurt
– 2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon PB2
– dash of cinnamon
-1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
– 1/2 tablespoon cocoa nibs (or dark chocolate chips)
1. Mix yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and PB2 together.
2. Top mixture with crunchy peanut butter and cocoa nibs
