Tight on time in the morning?  This will be perfect for you then!  A breakfast that is waiting for you in the morning!

I personally love this recipe because it is easy to carry around.  For me, I usually don’t eat breakfast until I get to work (after the gym) so I just grab this on my way out in the morning and I am ready to go once I get to work!
PB&J Overnight Oats

– 1/3 cup of oatmeal

– 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt

– 3/4-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

– 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds

– cinnamon to taste

– 1/2 cup of strawberries

– 2 tbsp of PB2 (powered peanut butter)

Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl or mason jar and store in the fridge overnight!

The thing I love about this recipe is how versatile it is.  You can add whatever fruit, nut butters, topping, etc that you love!
