Quads and Glutes Workout

Gotta love a good, hard leg workout!  You will definitely be feeling this one for sure!

Make sure you are pushing yourself and using weight that is challenging for you.



My HIIT (high-intensity interval training) Finisher for this workout looked like this:

– 30 second run at level 15

– 1 minute walk/recover at level 6

Repeat until 20 minutes is up!
