This is one of my favourite snacks when I am cravings some ice cream! It doesn’t matter what the temperature is outside, I always love it!
Here is a recipe that is perfect for crushin’ the ice cream craving!
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
– 1 tbsp of PB2 (or regular peanut butter)
– lots of ice
– dash of unsweetened almond milk
In a blender, mix together all ingredients and top with whatever you like! I have topped mine here with some dark chocolate chips!
Note– if you do not have protein powder (or have ate enough protein for the day), you can simply just add some cocoa powder to give yourself that chocolate flavour!
