Quick & Easy Weeknight Dinners

If you are anything like me, most nights during the week you just want a dinner that is going to be quick and easy.  However, it must still taste good and make you feel satisfied after you eat it!

Instead of reaching for your typical fast-food (mcdonalds, tims, etc), give these quick, at-home dinners a try.  (Side note- whatever I make for dinner, I always ensure that I make enough to have for my lunch tomorrow!)

Here are a few examples of my favourites:

Quinoa taco salad- salad, ground turkey, quinoa, corn and salsa

Ground beef, beets and green beans

Turkey sausage stir fry- turkey sausage, sweet potato cubes and mixed vegetables

Curry chicken stir fry- chicken seasoned with curry powder, grilled mixed vegetables and brown rice

BBQ steak, sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts
