Blueberry Mango Power Smoothie

There is nothing I enjoy more than a delicious smoothie after I finish a hard workout.

This smoothie is perfect for providing energy for the rest of my day and ensuring I recover from my workout.

It also serves as a great breakfast or snack when you are tight for time.
Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberry

1/2 cup frozen mango

 1 scoop vanilla protein powder  

1/2 tbsp of hemp hearts

– almond milk (amount depends on consistency preference)

Blend it all up and enjoy!
