It also serves as a great breakfast or snack when you are tight for time.
– 1 cup frozen blueberry
– 1/2 cup frozen mango
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1/2 tbsp of hemp hearts
– almond milk (amount depends on consistency preference)
