As many of you know, I love to lift weights. It has been my favourite kind workout ever since I decided to get into good shape.
However, I have been adding a couple Revkor Mix workout classes into my weekly workouts and I am LOVING it!
For the workouts, you use your own body weight + resistance bands. The workouts work muscles I didn’t even know I had!
The workouts are fantastic for your conditioning as it requires balance, agility, endurance and a strong core.
After a workout you feel amazing since every muscle in your body has been exhausted, including the most important one- your heart!
Believe me, this workout definitely gets your heart rate up!
