Carrot Cake Bars
1.5 cups buckwheat or oat flour
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
Dash of cinnamon and pumpkin spice
8 oz of carrot baby food (blended carrots)
1/2 cup egg whites
1/8 cup water
Dash of vanilla extract and baking powder
Mix all dry ingredients and then add we ingredients
Cook in oven for 22 minutes at 350 (ensure toothpick comes out clean before removing)
Cut into 6 bars and enjoy them topped with almond butter or cream cheese!
