Breakfast Hash

Having breakfast for dinner is always a must at least once a week right? Makes for a quick and delicious dinner. Here is my favourite way to enjoy it.
Breakfast Hash
Fry the following ingredients together:

Peppers and onions

Potatoes/sweet potatoes

Turkey bacon/sausage

Then mix in eggs, cheese and hot sauce!
