Sprints

A refreshing and very humbling way to start the day! No equipment needed and only takes 20-25 minutes!

Warm-up: jog around the block (~5-10 minutes)
Sprints: Sprint for 30 seconds, recover for 1 minute (you should need the full minute to catch your breath. If you don’t, you aren’t sprinting hard enough)
Repeat sprint sequence for 15 minutes
Walk it out (~5 minutes)
Take tomorrow morning off and do some serious foam rolling!
