Conditioning Workout

Start your day off with a sweating conditioning circuit. Your abs will be on fire and your heart rate will be pumpin

30 seconds working hard, 30 seconds rest

Burpees

Push-ups

Burpee pull ups

Crunches

Burpee pull ups with knee raise

Lying leg raises

High toe taps on bench

Hanging leg raises to the side

Rest one minute and repeat circuit 3-4 times. Let me know if you try this workout and what you think!
