Core & Cardio Circuit

I was dragging my butt this morning when the alarm went off, but this sweaty workout definitely work me up!

20 minutes light jog

3-4 rounds:
Weighted cable crunch x 20

Bunny hops over bench x 40
Leg lifts x10 and then flutter kicks x 10
Jumping jacks with dumbbell x 40
Knee to opposite elbow with step down x 10
Skater side lunges x 40
Rest 1 minute and repeat.
