Interval Workout

Nothing like an interval workout to start your Friday off right! 

This will really develop your speed & conditioning! Find a local track or use a block around your subdivision. Run each interval as fast as possible

3 laps – rest 2 minutes x 1 

2 laps – rest 1.5 minutes x 1

1 lap – rest 1 minute x 2

0.5 lap – rest 30 seconds x 4

Note- *if using a track, add a lap to each level. My block around the subdivision was a little longer than 400m

I completed this in 39.58 minutes. I will repeat workout in 1-2 weeks & try to improve my time. Who’s ready to try this workout? đź‘Šđź’Ş
