Back & Shoulder Circuit

A killer back & shoulder workout in with only 5 exercises!  I love these types of workouts on the mornings when I am really tight for time.  It gets my heart pumpin’ & my muscles workin’

4 rounds:

Front shoulder T- raise x 12

Barbell bent-over row x 10 reps – rest 5 secs – 10 more reps

One-foot side bench hops x 30

4 rounds:

Lateral shoulder T- raise x 12

Barbell bent-over row x 10 reps – rest 5 secs – 10 more reps

One-foot side bench hops

4 rounds:

Dumbbell thrusters x 15

Barbell bent-over row x 10 reps – rest 5 secs – 10 more reps

One-foot side bench hops
