Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats






Since I have been tight on time in the mornings (& I don’t want to get up any earlier), overnight oats have been  a savoir to make my mornings go smoothly!

One of my favourite kinds right now is this Chunky Monkey one because seriously, what is better than peanut butter, banana & chocolate chips?

Mix together the following the night before:

  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk (any milk will work)
  • 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp PB2
  • 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder (or greek yogurt & cocoa powder)

In the morning top the oatmeal with: sliced banana + PB2 or crunchy peanut butter + dark chocolate chips!
