So I feel like I can official say that I have mastered homemade chicken fingers. Through a lot of trial & error, I have found that the two most important ingredients to master them are TOASTED bread crumbs & parmesan cheese!
Mix together– toasted bread crumbs (toast bread & then blend into crumbs) + parmesan cheese + poultry, cumin and cajun seasoning
In a separate bowl mix– egg + splash of almond milk
Dip chicken in the egg mixture & then the bread mixture
Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes
I like to dip mine in avocado & my boyfriend really likes to dip his in marinara sauce! Both are tasty!
