Workouts on the Road

I was attending training for the beginning of last week & was staying over in a hotel. I was pretty excited to find out that the hotel had a fitness centre… but then was a little disappointed when I found out that it didn’t have any weights!!

Since I knew I would be sitting all day, I knew I still wanted to do some sort of exercise so I just did some body weight & tredmill workouts instead! See below the 2 workouts I did while at the hotel!


First Workout: 

4 rounds:
3 minute quick run (I did 7.5)
20 hand release push ups
20 single leg elevated glute bridge (each side)
40 mountain climbers
15 triceps dips
40 bicycle crunches (each side)
Rest 1 minute & repeat

Second Workout:

10 minutes quick walk on the tredmill (I did it at 3.5mph & 15 incline)
2 rounds:
30 sit ups
20 lying leg raises
1 minute plank hold
Cable obique twist (see video)
1 minute opposite knee to elbow plank (see video)
Rest 1 minute

HIIT on the tredmill- 30 second sprint, 30 second rest for 15 minutes.
