What I ate Wednesday- December 9, 2015

I am bringing back one of my favourite posts today —> What I ate Wednesday!  I have always enjoyed seeing other people’s #wiaw posts since I think it helps provides different meal & snack ideas!

  
Pre-workout (not pictured)- half banana + half scoop of chocolate protein powder + almond milk

Breakfast: PB&J oatmeal smoothie bowl topped with granola

Snack 1: Homemade trial mix. This time I added in One Degree’s cocoa brown rice crisps….. delicious

Lunch: Homemade grass fed burger with a side of grilled veggies

Snack 2: hormone free chicken slices & crunchmaster crackers

Dinner: Buffalo chicken, mixed veggies, homemade tortilla chips & guac
