Breakfast: PB&J oatmeal smoothie bowl topped with granola
Snack 1: Homemade trial mix. This time I added in One Degree’s cocoa brown rice crisps….. delicious
Lunch: Homemade grass fed burger with a side of grilled veggies
Snack 2: hormone free chicken slices & crunchmaster crackers
Dinner: Buffalo chicken, mixed veggies, homemade tortilla chips & guac
