So after binge reading Hummusapien blog over my Christmas break, I realized how much I enjoyed reading her WIAW posts. They really are a great way to get new ideas so I am going to try to be more consistent with mine!
Since I worked out this morning, I whipped up a mini smoothie with a handful of strawberries and 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder. Paired this with lots of coffee and then headed for a workout.
After my workout and once I was ready for work, I made a big bowl of oatmeal mixed with egg whites & cinnamon. Topped with banana, goji berries, mulberries & hemp seeds.
By the time lunch time came, I was hungrryyy! Lunch included leftovers from last night dinner- egg muffins with cheese, regular & purple sweet potatoes, chopped mixed veggies. I also had a couple crunchmaster crackers too since I was so hungry! (I always keep a baggy of these crackers in my lunch bag just in case)
For dinner, I cooked up some salmon seasoned with seasoning salt and paired it with a salad topped with quinoa, beets and balsamic vinaigrette.
