I recently posted this recipe on my Instagram and Facebook page and decided that it was waaaay too good not to share on here too!
1/3 cup quick oats
3/4 cup water
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
Toppings: banana, your favourite peanut butter, mini chocolate chips
Bring the water to a boil on the stovetop and then add oats. Let the oats simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Once the oats are cooked, remove from heat and stir in the protein powder.
Pour into a serving bowl & top it with banana, chocolate chips and peanut butter!
*Note- if you are on a time crunch, you can easily do the first step with the microwave instead of the stove.
