Stuck in a hotel that doesn’t have a gym? Don’t have any equipment at your house and can’t make it to the gym?!
For the below workout, all you need is a skipping road & your body! If you don’t have a skipping rope, either pretend like you do or do high knees instead.
Perform each of these exercises for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds in between.
Once you have completed the entire list, rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat as many times as possible!

180 squat jumps
