I am not sure if you saw yesterday on my Instagram, but I shared one of my favourite snacks!
If you know me well, you know how much I LOVE ice cream. To keep my cravings under control, I love enjoying this yogurt bowl with lots of toppings!
Admittedly I don’t usually measure most of the ingredients out, I just do a little sprinkle of this & that but I have provided an estimate of each of my favourites!
For the yogurt:
– 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
– dash of cinnamon
– 2 tbsp of granola
– 1-2 tbsp of your favourite dried fruit (I like cranberries, goji, golden berries, etc)
– 1 tbsp toasted seeds/nuts
And sometimes when I am feeling like I need something sweet, I’ll add in some chocolate chips or cocoa nibs 🙂
