Workout of the Week- Feb 29, 2016

Happy Monday friends! I kick started the week with an endurance strength workout & let me tell you, it was brutalllll.

BUT you know what they say, never miss a Monday 😉


Warm up: 2 minute jog, 20 side lateral raises, 20 band hip thrusters

8 mins AMRAP:
– 400m run
– 8 barbell shoulder press
– 8 behind the head press
Rest 2 mins

8 mins AMRAP:
– 15 barbell hip thrusters
– 15 broad jump burgers
Rest 2 minutes

8 mins AMRAP:
– 400m run
-20 KB swings
– 15 KB upright rows
