I feel like this recipe is combining SOOO many of my favourite foods!
You know how much I love smoothie bowls, how much I love peanut butter & how much I love super foods! So naturally, this bowl has my name written all over it.
It makes for the perfect breakfast (especially after a sweating workout) or you can reduce the portions of the recipe to make it a snack!
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 – 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- Splash of almond milk (amount varies depending on consistency you like)
- 1-2 tsp of acai powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter (or regular PB)
Blend all ingredients together and top with your favourites! I topped this bowl with some blueberry & hemp granola and part of a homemade bar!
