Happy Thursday friends! Who is ready to get their sweat on?
Unfortunately when I was recently in Miami, I hurt my foot while walking on the beach (I know, poor me), BUT it has actually been super painful.
Yesterday I wasn’t able to finish my workout because it was hurting too much so today I decided to keep the focus on my upper body so I can let my foot rest!
