Workout of the Week- March 31, 2016

Happy Thursday friends! Who is ready to get their sweat on?

Unfortunately when I was recently in Miami, I hurt my foot while walking on the beach (I know, poor me), BUT it has actually been super painful.

Yesterday I wasn’t able to finish my workout because it was hurting too much so today I decided to keep the focus on my upper body so I can let my foot rest!

As always, let me know if you try the workout and want me to continue posting them!

 Note: rest 30s-1 minute before moving to the next round
