Chia Seed Muesli Pudding






Happy Tuesday friends!  I hope everyone is having a great week so far!  I apologize for being so MIA this past week on my blog, I had a pretty busy week!

For those of you who don’t know, I actually work as an accountant and run this blog on the side for fun!  This past week I started into my last stage of getting my accounting designation, so between starting work for that,working full-time, working with Sisters in Shape, and taking care of everyday life, my blog took a back seat! This will be reality for me for the next couple of months so I thought that to be realistic, I am going to try to get 1-2 posts up on here every week!
Today’s recipe I have a huge crush on.  It is probably one of my favourite afternoon snacks right now.  I have always loved chia seed pudding but adding in the muesli just takes it to the next level!


2 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 – 3/4 cup of almond milk
dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of honey or homemade caramel sauce (dates & water blended)
1/4 cup of muesli


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a dish and stir well
  2. Let the mixture sit for at least 1 hour (I usually let it sit overnight)
  3. Before eating it, give it another good stir. You can also add some more milk to it at this point if the mixture is too thick for your preference.

Note- when I make this recipe, I usually double/triple the ingredients and then break it into 2/3 snacks!  They store nicely in the fridge for a couple of days!

  1. Is it weird that I crush on my recipes too? I swoon all over my sweet potato kabocha puddings and curries ALL THE TIME. I love using muesli to top everything–it’s a great way to make your food look pretty and add some nice crunch from the oats!
