Happy Tuesday friends! I hope everyone is having a great week so far! I apologize for being so MIA this past week on my blog, I had a pretty busy week!
For those of you who don’t know, I actually work as an accountant and run this blog on the side for fun! This past week I started into my last stage of getting my accounting designation, so between starting work for that, working full-time, working with Sisters in Shape, and taking care of everyday life, my blog took a back seat! This will be reality for me for the next couple of months so I thought that to be realistic, I am going to try to get 1-2 posts up on here every week!
Today’s recipe I have a huge crush on. It is probably one of my favourite afternoon snacks right now. I have always loved chia seed pudding but adding in the muesli just takes it to the next level!
- Combine all ingredients together in a dish and stir well
- Let the mixture sit for at least 1 hour (I usually let it sit overnight)
- Before eating it, give it another good stir. You can also add some more milk to it at this point if the mixture is too thick for your preference.
Note- when I make this recipe, I usually double/triple the ingredients and then break it into 2/3 snacks! They store nicely in the fridge for a couple of days!
