Although I loved enjoying a long weekend in the sun, it felt good to get back to routine today. As you can probably tell, I have been really busy lately and haven’t had much time to blog. At the same time, I haven’t had much time to sit down & plan out a workout schedule either. I have been just finding/creating workouts each night without really much thought.
Therefore, after submitting my big report (for my accounting designation) on Friday, I took some time to sit down and write out a workout schedule for the week and I thought I would share!
On Wednesday & Saturday, I usually take the day off from the gym and go on a long walk with my pup and on Sunday’s I like to do something different. Some days this is yoga, going to a new workout class, going on a big hike with my dog or going on a long run. I do whatever I feel like doing. Lately, this has been going on a long run to clear my head!
