What I ate Wednesday- November 2, 2016

Happy Wednesday friends!

I thought I would pop by for a quick WIAW post!

The day started out per usual- enjoyed my coffee & then a workout.  Lately I have been adding in this collagen powder into my coffee before my workouts & I am LOVING it!  If you haven’t started including collagen in your diet, I highly recommend it! You can use “KAY10” for a discount on the powder if you want to try!

Post workout breakfast was a bowl of my DIY cereal- brown rice crisps, spelt flakes, raisins, pumpkin seeds, granola, almond milk & vanilla protein powder!  I love this because you can literally add whatever you normally like with your cereal!

Morning snack was a mashed sweet potato topped with cinnamon, crunchy PB & toasted coconut flakes.


Lunch was one of my favourite salads right now- lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, feta cheese & roasted chickpeas (the perfect crunch).

I didn’t get hungry after lunch until just before I was leaving the office, so I just had a couple of homemade nut clusters (I’ll post this recipe soon).
