Coconut Energy Bites


3/4 cup ground oats
1/4 @smilenaturalfoods coconut blend (or additional ground oats + coconut flakes)
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup crunchy PB
2 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
1-2 tbsp almond milk (if needed)

In one bowl mix all of the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil & PB together.

Add dry ingredients to the PB mixture and stir! Add in the almond milk if too dry!

Roll into 10-12 balls & place in freezer!
