I thought I would pop by for a quick WIAW post!
The day started out per usual- enjoyed my coffee & then a workout. Lately I have been adding in this collagen powder into my coffee before my workouts & I am LOVING it! If you haven’t started including collagen in your diet, I highly recommend it! You can use “KAY10” for a discount on the powder if you want to try!

- Made In Nature’s cinnamon toasted coconut flakes – Since you all know how much I love food, you know that I HAVE to include one of my new favourite foodie finds! I recently got my hands on some of Made In Nature’s cinnamon toasted coconut flakes and I am totally obsessed! I had never tried toasted coconut flakes before since they are usually so high in sugar but I was super impressed when I found these ones by Made In Nature since they weren’t! The only problem? They were gone within a couple of days 😉

7am Breakfast — I usually have a simple chocolate vegan protein shake in the morning with almond milk and a dash of peppermint extract. It seriously tastes like a thin mint! Right now, I’m doing more weightlifting so I enjoyed it pre-workout otherwise I’ll do fasted cardio/HIIT because it’s hard for me to keep anything down when I’m jumping around that early.
I don’t know about you but after watching all of these Olympic sprinters, I am totally motivated to get a good track workout in!
This workout is quick & effective and will have you drenched in sweat by the end of it 😉
