What I ate Wednesday- November 2, 2016

Happy Wednesday friends!

I thought I would pop by for a quick WIAW post!

The day started out per usual- enjoyed my coffee & then a workout.  Lately I have been adding in this collagen powder into my coffee before my workouts & I am LOVING it!  If you haven’t started including collagen in your diet, I highly recommend it!
